If your bill has been moved to collections, please contact (866) 747-2455, Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm PST, to make a payment directly with the collections agency. Note: bills that have not been moved to collections can still be paid via your billing portal.
To go to your billing portal:
- Close this tab and return to the screen you were just on
- Log in to your account (if you are not already)
- Continue following on-screen directions
